H. Caine, Thread, Easy Money for Murder.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio arrived at the Lab 10 minutes after he left the crime scene. He had placed the thread under the microscope. He examined it and traced it. Now he was waiting for the computer to come up with some things that were on it. When he had looked at it he had seen a brown substance.

[Savannah Katez]

"Did you find anything?" Savannah asked, walking over to where he was looking at the thread that they had found at the crime scene. She set a pile of paper beside him. It was the information on the so-called wig hair. She had found some interesting stuff under the microscope.
She had uploaded them onto the computer to analyze them. She had printed out the analysis and brought it straight to Lieutenant Horatio Caine. She waited for him to finish checking out the thread so he could look over the papers. She had uncovered some interesting information. Hopefully, this would help them narrow down to one suspect in this case.

[Horatio Caine]

"Umm yes, whats this?" Horatio asked picking up the first paper. Then the computer beeped. Looking at the screen it showed that the brown substance he had seen before was heroine.
"Thought so" Horatio said and took a seat in his chair to look further into the papers. In one of the papers it said something about a frigment of glass loged into the strand of hair. Thinking fast he got up and once again looked through the microscope.

[Savannah Katez]

"Something doesn't seem right with this hair," Savannah said. She motioned to the papers.
"These are the results of the ananlysis, I thought they might interest you."
She looked at his computer screen. Heroine? That was interesting. What did heronie have to do with this girl's death?

[Horatio Caine]

"I think our murderer had Heroine on his hands when he tied our victim up. Did you get anything on her name?" Horatio asked picking up his tweezers and pulling out the shard of glass. He then went over to his gassing chamber and put the glass in it and turned it on.
"Lets see if we have any prints" he siad turning back to Savannah and her stack of papers. Horatio then pulled out his phone and called Calleigh.

[Savannah Katez]

"The girl is 16-year-old Ashleigh Stanston. She's apparantly been missing for a few weeks," Savannah answered. She went over to the pile of papers. She found the one she was looking for at once. It was the report her parents had field with the polcie when she had gone missing. She handed it to Horatio so he could look it over for clues.

[Horatio Caine]

When Calleigh did not answer he closed his phone and put it in his pocket. He then grabed the peice of paper Savannah was holding out to him.
"I am going to take this to trace, maybe we can find something" Horatio said putting on his sunglasses. When he got to the tracing room he typed the girls name in and waited for the computer to pull something up. He then decided while he was waiting to try Calleigh again.

[Savannah Katez]

"Whatever you say," Savannah replied. She took some of the papers back to her station. She looked over them. there had to be some evidence hidden in here somewhere in here.

[Horatio Caine]

The computer beeped finalizing the search. He sent them over to his computer. When he got back to his desk he had already recieved the information. His phone whent to Calleigh's voice mail.
"d**nit" Horatio said under his breath. This was unlike Calleigh, she always answered her phone.

[Savannah Katez]

Savannah raised her head from the papers she was looking at when she heard Lieutenant Caine swear.
"What's wrong?" she asked him.
Something wasn't right. She got up. She walked over to him. She waited for him to answer her question.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio sat down worried. But heard then heard Savannah asked what was wrong and decided he should answer her.
"Calleigh's not answering her phone. She always does." Horatio said running his fingers through his hair. He looked through the window at the horizon wondering.
