I've Lost My Mind "Club"(Open)

[Kate Switzer]

This was going to be fun. she thought to herself. She had invited some of the team to come out to the club. It was time that they didn't just know each other from work. That they just hung out for once instead of from work. She smiled as she walked out.

[Grey Devine]

Grey walked into the club somewhat hesitantly. He knew this was a bad idea for someone who used to go wild at parties and clubs. But it was an even worse idea for someone recovering from a drinking problem and a drug problem. But he'd decided to go against his better judgment.

He wore a white shirt with a black jacket over it and a checkered scarf. Looking around, he spotted Kate. He approached her with a smile. Hey.

[Kate Switzer]

Hey it's good to see you! She had a smile on her face. Even though in the back of her mind she knew this was a bad idea her drinking problem that no one knew about. She didn't tell anyone about it. That way it wouldn't mess with her job status and that way no one treated her different. She din't tell Grey even though he told her about his problem. This made her feel bad this a bit guilty. She looked around the club. The Flashing light and the people danceing where amazing.

[Grey Devine]

Grey's lips pulled into a sweet smile. It's good to see you too. He looked around, the strobe lights were intoxicating. It felt just like the old days back in Chicago. The bass from the music made the floor shake, the vibrations making their way through his shoes.

[Kate Switzer]

Her smiled stayed. Even though her mind was on other things. She loved the sound of the bass. She like the sound that made her want to dance. That made her forget the problem. Well, at least till she ended up ordering a drink. She still stayed smileing not changeing her exsprestion. It's good to see you too!

[Grey Devine]

Grey raised an eyebrow, only slightly. He could see the strain behind he smile. He knew something was up. Kate, is everything alright?

[Kate Switzer]

Kate bit her lip. Should she tell him. It would be a good idea. But.... She couldnt deside what to do. She thought mabey it would be better to tell him at the end of the night. But, she never really recovered. As soon as any of that acid touched her lips it would be over. Her job would go down the drain. This is the only thing she wanted to do. Her smile became soft. I will tell you later for now how about we go have some fun?

[Grey Devine]

He watched the internal struggle in her eyes.Okay. It sounds good.Grey made it a point to lock eyes with her for a moment. Then he looked down at the floor nervously. Then he looked back up.Let's go.

[Kate Switzer]

She smiled. He was so sweet. This made her feel a bit better. He seemed a bit nervous. She looked around it was time to do break the tention and go with him. She didn't know where they were going. Probley to the dance floor or something. But, that was okay it was time to have fun.

[Grey Devine]

Grey looked at Kate for a moment and smiled. He turned around and headed in a random direction, which happened to be the dance floor. He scolded himself internally, seeing as he was an awful dancer.

She smiled. This was perfect. She followed him. Even though she was a horrible dancer she thought she might as well have fun. She looked at the group of people and then at Grey. This was going to be fun.

[Grey Devine]

Grey stopped when he reached an empty spot on the floor and looked over his shoulder for Kate. His heart was pounding, he couldn't distinguish it's beating from the thundering bass. He couldn't believe he was going to do this.

She smiled. She was really going to do this. She followed Grey. She was nervous. But the bass the lights. She just wanted to move. She looked to Grey and then to the wall. She started to get the beat this was it.....

[Grey Devine]

Grey closed his eyes and let the music take over his senses. He breathed deep and exhaled as he started to catch the rhythm. He opened his eyes, smiled, and held out a hand for Kate.

[Kate Switzer]

Kate smiled and took Grey's hand. This was going to be amazing. This was going to be fun. She let the beat start to take over. Then waited for the unknown feeling to start.

[Grey Devine]

Grey could feel an electric feeling surge through him. He hadn't felt so good in awhile. He heard, and felt, the tempo slowed down. He held Kate's hand tight and put his other hand on her waist, nervously.

[Kate Switzer]

She smiled. She could feel heat on her cheaks. She tried to shake it. She was nervous. She looked into his eyes. Then to the floor fastly. She was nervous but she didn't want to get him to feel as if something was right. She looked up at him.

[Grey Devine]

Grey tried to breathe normally, he didn't want her to feel like he was the hyperventilating Erkel type. He noticed her look at him and he made eye contact back, then looked at the floor to make sure he didn't step on her feet.

[Kate Switzer]

She smiled again. This time it was a warm smile. She loved the way it felt to be in his arms. She made sure that nothing she could do could ruin this moment. She let her smile go warm as she started to blush again.

[Grey Devine]

Grey looked away, to the slow-paced strobe lights. His brown eyes made their way back to Kate. He noticed she was blushing and he instantly felt a little guilty. Was she uncomfortable? He hadn't exactly asked if she was okay with this.

[Kate Switzer]

Her smile increased as she felt his eyes on her. She loved the way this felt. This made her face hotter. She couldn't stop. She liked the feeling of it. The redness started to fade. As she got used to the feeling. The slow strob lights were amazing.

[Grey Devine]

Grey smiled again, he seemed to be doing that a lot tonight. He gazed down at Kate, searching her eyes, making sure everything was okay. It felt so natural dancing with her. He pulled her a little closer.

[Kate Switzer]

This felt like it was ment to be. So natural and so perfect. She liked it. She felt him searching her eyes and gave a slight smile and when he pulled her closer she blushed again. But, It felt good and the heat went away again.

[Grey Devine]

Grey could hear the song hitting the bridge. It'd be over soon. That bugged him for some reason. He hadn't had an positive contact with another human in awhile. He listened close to the song, childishly hoping it wouldn't end.

[Kate Switzer]

Her smile dropped a little. She knew that it would be over. They were connecting so well. She didn't want it do end. It was so perfect. She looked around trying to think. Trying to think of what would come next.

[Grey Devine]

The song was hitting the final notes. Grey didn't notice though. He was looking intently at Kate. The night was so perfect now. Not knowing what had come over him and not thinking about the repercussions, he leaned in and kissed her.

The feeling of his hot lips on hers felt good. She resised the urge to make it too big. She lefted the way it was. The perfet sweet kiss. She left it tender and kissed back lightly so that it wouldn't get to rambuntious.

[Grey Devine]

Grey felt little shocks go through his body. Every feeling in him wanted to kiss her again but instead he pulled away slowly and looked at her. Reality hit him. He'd just kissed his co-worker. So much for staying out of trouble. He felt a pang of guilt again. It wasn't fair of him to do this to her. I'm sorry. I-I don't know what came over me. Uh...

[Kate Switzer]

She felt him pull away. Something in his eyes seemed upset. She gave him a smile. She had liked the kiss. Don't worry about it. What ever came over you came over me. She was queit waiting for a reply.

[Grey Devine]

Grey smiled, glad at least she was alright with it. He sighed and his eyes were drawn for a moment to where the DJ was. Then he looked back to Kate. What now?
