After Horatio took Calleigh's blood again he drove back to the lab. He arrived and went staight for DNA. As he walked there he grabed his lab coat out of his locker. Savannah and Jade were still there, like he ordered them to. He put a drop of blood onto a slide and put it under the microscope.

"We need to figure out the components of the poison. It'll be easier to figure out how to stop it then. It's strange. It doesn't make any logically sense. It's very confusing," Savannah said, sitting down in a chair.

Horatio nodded at Savannah's thoughts. He then looked under the microscope. Little black things were moving around. He zoomed in closer. "Now it is" Horatio said. It looked like the nanobodies were taking in indivual blood cells. Then 'spitting' them back out with somethng in it. Controlling it, Horatio figured out. He gasped at the thought.

Jade looked with a mixture of curiosity and horror at the little black things that were interfering with the cells. "Oh my...," she said. This was something she definitely had not learned about in college. So those were the nanobodies. And there were those tiny black things all through Miss Duquesne's blood stream and they were controlling her cells. She wondered how long it would be before they killed her or disabled her somehow. The thought made her shiver. In her curiosity she bent forward a bit too far and smashed into a device that stood next to the microscope. She mumbled an apology and started picking up the broken parts.

"What?" Savannah asked. She rested her head on her arms. She was exhausted. Her head hurt. Everything was making no sense at all. She didn't know what to do anymore. She sighed and rubbed her eyes.
