"He won't let us out. I have to take Ally home. She has cheerleading tonight. I don't trust her with Brody's driving skills," Savannah sighed, rubbing her temples.
"I better be getting paid overtime for this, Horatio!" Savannah said loud enough for him to hear her while he was on the phone, "I need to go get something to drink. You'll let us out, at least, to get a drink and go to the bathroom, right?"

Phone Call: H. Caine, Calleigh's Blood Sample
"I have to go Calleigh" Horatio responded.
"I will be at the hospital in a little bit" He assured her. When Savannah was asking all the questions he motioned with his finger to hold on. Once he was done talking he would answer her questions.

Savannah sigehd and got up. She walekd over to the lab door. She went over to the door and tried to open it. It was locked. Horatio probably had locked it and had the keys.
"D**n it, Horatio! Or I'll throw that cell phone, even it is Calleigh!" Savannah snapped angrily at him. She was getting claustophonic and it was making her snappy.

Horatio snapped his phone shut ending the call. He looked up at Savannah.
"What do you need?" Horatio asked with a threatening voice. He had told her that no one leaves till they figure out how to get the nanobodies. Wait Calleigh figured it out. So they could probably be let free, he thought.
