Horatio sat at his desk and looked out the window aimlessly. Not much was swirling through his usually whirlpool of a mind. I swiveled around in his chair and looked out at the lab. Hardly anybody was out, let alone anybody at work. He then picked up a pencil and started to jot down names.

Calleigh walked into Horatios office and started to see him jotting down names. Horatio, Where has everyone been lately. I know that i havent been here lateljy but,..... Shouldnt there be more people here than this? Calleigh looked at him a waiting an answer.

Horatio froze and dropped his pen lightly on the desk and looked up to meet Calleighs curious gaze. "I know there hasnt been many people here. I dont know why, havent been telling me." He said and looked back down at the page before sighing.

I't seems that everyone has been having a better time with there social lifes than dealing with the cases that we are delt. But.... It people seem really down around here. She looked around the office. It seemed that everything was dead. Like a old black and white movie. She looked at the window.

"I know," Horatio replied. He sat and stared. Trying to think about anything to bring back his fellow friends, co-workers, and let alone employees. "We need to get our people back," he said with a hint of displease. He glanced at Calleigh and gave a smile.

Calleigh returned the smile. Though she still didnt feel happy. This was becoming more and more of a bore. It semmed that everything and everyone was hiding something and trying to stay out of it. She looked around still not beliving the site.
