Not Landing.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio was one of the first CSI's to get to the scene. He pulled on his gloves on turned on his flash light. Even though it was in the middle of the day. Soon he heard footsteps behind him. He turned around to find a teenage man standing there.
"You're in my crime scene" Horatio said.
The man simply gave him a smirk and ducked under the crime scene tape.
"Sorry but I'm a witness" the stranger said.
"Oh well then talk to me, what did you see?"
" A plane falling out of the sky looked like it was leaking something. I evacuated the beach when the pilot didn't do anything. I ducked for cover behind that big bush over there. Closed my eyes and next thing I saw was the plane on the ground." The guy finished.
"Thank-you" Horatio stated then turned and told Calleigh to take some pictures and to swab some things that looked out of place.

[Calleigh Duquesne]

Calleigh walked up to the plane. She pulled on her gloves as the plane was still smokeing. She walked around with a light step. The plane was in a few peaces but the pilet was still in the front of the plane. She took out her flash light and turned it on. Calleigh shined it on the window then on the pilot. A shot to the chest, came through the window. She paused and took some pictures. Theres a needle entery in the neck.....and heres the needle. She paused to take some pictures and dust for prints. Horatio we have prints.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio stood behind Calleigh.
"Prints are good" Horatio said as he stepped into the shade coming from the plane. He bent down and took a long look at the broken valve on the bottom of the plane.
"What do you think it was for? And how it broke?" Horatio asked Calleigh. He took out a swab and rubbed it against the valve. He stuck the swab in a box and wrote on it 'Slimy stuff from broken valve on bottom of plane'.
He stood there waiting for Calleigh to reply before giving the box to Savannah.

[Savannah Katez]

"Do you want me to take the swab for analysis?" Savannah asked as she walked over to Horatio and Calleigh. Her long brown hair was pulled back was back in a ponytail. She already had began to pull on some latex gloves on her hands. She meant business. She had her signature look on her face which she usually had when she was getting asorbed in a case. This was a case that involved medical analysis, her favorite kind of case.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio turned to look at Savannah.
"Yes but stay here I have the feeling there is more" Horatio said walking away. He stood behind one of his crime cop's.
"Anything new?" Horatio said with a hushed tone.
"No, but I have been watching traffic on the road and noticed that same car pass by every five minutes." The cop said with a concerned look on his face. When Horatio looked at the car he noticed it had come to a stop and the window was rolloing down revealing a gun.
"There!" Horatio yelled alerting every one all the while pulling out his gun and taking his stance.

[Savannah Katez]

"I need to get some zip-locks from my car. I didn't grab any supplies from it before come over here," Savannnah said before turning on her heel and heading to the car. Savannah ducked down when she heard Horatio shout. She looked at the gun being held out of a car window. Who would be coming around here with a gun? Savannah didn't get up. She didn't want to be the first one to find out about that.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio kept his stance. He eyed the gun and searched for the face of the shooter. While looking at the gun and shooter he noticed the gun was pointing straight for him.
"Think fast guys" Horatio mumbled pulling the trigger. The bullet planted itself through the drivers side window. Then the guy with the gun decided it was his turn and fired. The bullet was heading straight for Horatio he ducked and pulled the trigger again hitting the guy in the car in the arm causing him to drop the gun.

[Savannah Katez]

Savannah stayed close to the ground. She had left the swab where she had left it. Even though she had gloves on, she didn't want to risk getting anything from her hands on it. It was evidence. She crawled on the ground, not wanting to make herself a target. Even though it looked like Horatio was the target, she didn't want to risk exposing herself to the gunsman.

[Horatio Caine]

"What did you think you were doing?" Horatio asked the guy with the gun.
"Hook him up" Horatio said before the guy could answer. He picked up the gun and placed it in a baggie. He set it with the other evidence. Then he walked pver to where Savannah lay. He helped her up.
"You alright?" Horatio asked looking at her up and down looking for any signs of injuries.

[Savannah Katez]

"I think so but I left the swab back by the plane. I think it might have dropped to the ground. That might ruin the evidence," Savannah said as Horatio helped her to her feet. She brushed the dirt off her jeans.

[Horatio Caine]

"I'ts ok if we can we will collect more" Horatio said. He turned and walked back to the police officer.
"You get anything from him?" Horatio said head cocked.
"Yeah names James Niall, he's going to be fine you gave him a scare, claims it's his first time being shot.Also said he just felt like fireing his new gun." The cop said all the while taking notes.
Horatio gave a chuckle "We will see about that, let me know when I can talk to him." The police guy just nodded and walked back to his patrol car.

[Savannah Katez]

Savannah went to her car. She got her supplies from the trunk of her car. She shut the trunk and walked back over to Horatio. "I'm going to do some more swabs if you don't mind?" Savannah stated. Without waiting for an answer, she headed back over to the plane.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio watched Savannah walk back to the plane. He also walked back to the plane and looked around. He noticed Calleigh still in there working like she didnt know what had happened. He bent over "get anything new?" he asked with a smirk. Just then the clouds went over, so he took off his sunglasses and pulled out his flashlight.

[Savannah Katez]

"I think we should take some of this slimy stuff back to the lab for analysis. What do you think?" Savannah asked Hoartio as she walked around the plane. looking for some clues. So far they knew that the pilot had been stuck with a needle. The slimy stuff looked oddly suspicious to her. She wanted a second opinion before proceeding further.

[Calleigh Duquesne]

At the way it broke it might be beacause of heat and presher. Uhh im not so shure about what it was used for. She said to Horatio. Savannah when you do the body can you take a sample from his neak. There a liqued that makeing the blood very watered down and more of a orange color than red.

[Savannah Katez]

"I'll do that," Savannah said to Calleigh. "Should I check out anything or anyone else besides the pilot?" Now that Calliegh had mentioned that, she noticed those suspisions, as well. She was curious to find out what had been in that syringe.

[Calleigh Duquesne]

Yes. We should look around the floor and see if anyone else was on board that may have the same mark.

[Savannah Katez]

"Will do," Savannah replied. She climbed up onto the plane. The plane started rocking violently as she walked towards the back of the plane.
"Make sure the plane doesn't roll over while I'm in here!" Savannah called to Horatio and Calleigh as the plane gave a violent jerk. She stopped half-way to the back of the plane. She had found something suspicious.
"Can someone come in here, please?!"

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio heard Savannah's frantic call for help. He pulled out his gun and walked to the back of the plane. He just ignored the shaking of the plane.
"What seems to be the problem?" Horatio said as he neared her.

[Savannah Katez]

She pointed to a few passengers out in a section of the plane, on both side of the aisle. They had punction marks on them. They didn't look like needle marks or stab punctures.
"What do think of this?" Savannah asked Horatrio, "they're not needle or stab marks. i don't know what to make of them."

[Horatio Caine]

"Me either. We are going to need paramedics out here. Well to take all the bodies to the Morg so you can test them" Horatio said putting his gun away but not all the way.
"The killer would have to still be in here, other wise how can all these marks to the neck have gotten here?" Horatio said weary. He then made his way further back into the plane, just to make sure.

[Savannah Katez]

"I need to get some swabs to take back to the lab. Something doesn't seem right and I need to run this under analysis," Savannah said. She took her supplies out of her bag. She now waited for Horatio's okay to do so. She wasn't taking any chances today with anything.

[Horatio Caine]

"Go ahead I think it is alright. But hurry just in case" Horatio said noticeing Savannah waiting for his que. He lowered his gun but didnt lower his guard. He looked around the broken plane wondering how this pilot got shot down.
"The shot goes through the windsheild, so the shooter couldent be in the plane," Horatio muttered to himself.

[Savannah Katez]

"Then how did the needle get in the pilot's neck? And what about these passengers?" Savannah asked. This didn't make any sense to her. How did this happen? Nothing seemed to connect. How did this all happen?

[Horatio Caine]

"That means we have two killers" Horatio said looking around.
"Swab and fingerprint everything" He said getting out of the boat. Finnaly this case was coming together a little bit. As the sun started to set he sat down in the sand and thought about todays work. Horatio started to fiddle with his gun when he thought that the one killer in the plane must have jumped out before the crash, or got killed as well when it hit the ground.

[Savannah Katez]

"Oh, that's going to be fantastic! Two killers..." Savannah muttered as Horatio left. She swabbed all the evidence. She came out of the plane slowly. It was still rocking violently.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio turned around noticeing Savannah climbing out of the plane.
"You should get to the lab to test those. Before our killers kill anymore people" Horatio said suddenly behind her. But before she could give her an answer one of his cop's was wanting him to talk.
"Excuse me" Horatio said and walked towars the police officer.
"Our shooter from earlier is at the lab waiting to be interviewed" He said handing Horatio some papers about the guy.
"Ok thanks" Horatio said walking back towards Savannah.

[Savannah Katez]

"I'll meet you there," Savannah replied.
She grabbed some of her supplies that she had left outside the plane. She gave Horatio a nod before heading to her car. She unlocked her car when she was a few feet from it. She put the evidence in the trunk. She shut the trunk before going around to the driver's seat. She climbed in, started the car, and rove back to the lab.

Horatio found Savannah in her office.
"Hey I just had Cory in and he confessed on doing the shoooting. But i still need you to run some tests on those needles" Horatio said and waited for her to answer.
"We still need to find the other killer if we can. And we will"Horatio said.
