The plane

[Calleigh Duquesne]

It had been 5 months sence Calleigh had quit her job at the Miami crime lab and went to the one in New York. She desided that it was time for a vist to her old crime lab friends. So she bought a plane ticket to Miami. It was about 3pm and she was one the plane. They had been for about a hour. Then the loud speecker came on, We should be there in about 2 hours. There it was time to really time to get to relax. A muffeling sound came from the loud speeker. That weird. A husky voice and said, THis is a shoot out. We are takeing this plane to Miami all right but not the way you think. That Miami Crime lab is going down for takeing me and my boys to jail. Calleighs eyes widened with suprize. They were going to do what. This was not good. It was far from it. What could she do. Thats it she could call Horatio and warn him. But then a guy came out of the cock pit. No one uses the phones. If you guys even call for help its not going to because.... He paused and took out a gun. Or i put one of these in you. He stoped and walked back in. The others were talking. This was Her chance. She took out her phone and selected Horatios #. He better answer or they were all going to be dead.

Horatio was sitting at his desk, looking out over his Crime Lab. Today was victory they had just put two guys in prison for a chain murder. Then his phone rang. Calleigh.
"Hey Calleigh!" He said glad to hear from her.

Horatio! i need you to listen to me. Im on a plane on my way to Miami. But things have not been going as planed. Some of the guys that we put in jail just got realest. They are relly angery. This is not good. They have started a shoot out. Both the piolets are out and they have taken over. She paused, her voice was shakeing from the fear and tears. This was bad. She started to speek again. Horaito evaqueate the, she stoped. She felt a hot senstion on her arm. The bullet had brazed her arm, but not hit her. The pain caused her to scream and she hung up the phone.

Horatio listened to Calleigh intently. A plane, shoot out, guys that were released, Gun shot, scream. The phone hung up.
"Calleigh!?" Horatio asked. Evacuate what? He got confused. Maybe she would send him something.

She took back out her phone. She thought for a moment.
TX: Horatio,im hit, get every one out of the crime lab.....NOW. Dont wait. They want to destroy the Lab along with every one on the plane and in the lab. If it dosnt work out the way they want it to work then who knows what will happen.

Horatio sat down again as the call from Calleigh had made him stand up, but this time he buried his face in his hands and stayed like that till his phone went off in his pocket. He grabed it and read the text from Calleigh. He got up and picked up the phone on his desk, he pressed the intercom button.
"Everyone get out of the Crime Lab now!" He spoke into the phone and hung up so he could get out of the lab as well.
Once outside he ran across the street and behind all the trees and bushes with his comrades.

She hoped that it had worked. But it had been bad for her to take out her phone. What was she thinking. Some one had heard her because the cockpits doors swung open. You used your phone again didnt you. It wasnt a qusetion. It was a threat. She just smiled at him, that was a bad idea. Wait i know who you are your that Calleigh girl. You and that guy Horatio are the ones who got us put in jail. Ohh for that you are going to pay. First though im going to make you suffer infront of all your little lab partners. He grabed her throught. You and your team will pay. She choked as he let go.
The plan was landing. This was it. It hit the ground and edged closer and closer to the crime lab. When it did it had the planes nose all the way into the lab. They were really going to destroy it. Then the door poped open. The men came out of the cock pit and started torwads Calleligh. You,You the chose about ten people. Walk they ordered. So they did. Each one had a gun to their head. Calleigh had 2 beacause she was one of them. Horatio, you and your team better get out or your little CSI friend is going to get one in the head.

Timothy Speedle was driving down the road in his car he stopped and just stared with his jaw dropped a few centimeters, he then snapped out of it and called 911 "hello 911 operator" "hello this is Timothy Speedle of the Miami crime lab, in need the SWAT, police, and ambulance here ASAP and no sirens, get here fast and quiet, and remember there are hostage’s" "We will be there as soon as possible ASAP and quiet" the 911 operator said

Timothy Speedle then hung up and got out of his car and hid behind a bush with his gun drawn and ready, he then quietly snuck up staying out of view from the Criminals and placed his hand on Horatio's shoulder and said "I called the SWAT, police and ambulance, they will be here soon and they will be here quiet" he then stayed out of view form the Criminals and waited for Horatio’s reply.

[Horatio Caine]

"Nice work Speed," Horatio said pulling out his gun. He had never had a situation like this. Now the lab was half destroyed. Great. He turned his head when he saw Calleigh with two men on each side of her in the door way of the plane. They each had a gun at her head. Then a third guy stepped out from behind them. He yelled some words. Horatio let his head fall. When he raised it every one was looking at him. Should I step out? Of course that is Calleigh! She will get shot if I dont, he thought.
"Here's the deal" he started when he had put his back to the plane. His whole team was behind him. He continued, "I will go out there first. You all stay put, ok? When I give the signal you come out slowly, guns at the ready. You understand?" With out waiting for them to reply he positioned himself and crept out into the open, his gun at the ready.

Ash was behind Horatio, but stayed put. It was a secret dislike for Calleigh that made her sigh silently. She herself had no idea where the hatred came from, but it was clear to her that she was never to be the woman's friend.

Although her eyes glowed with tiredness of Calleigh's never ending danger prone effects, she was worried for her. She had once worked with her, and had once enjoyed her company(not to mention that she too was just a person), so there was no suprise to see her biting her lower lip. She held her gun steadily, although knowing that no action was to come to her.

OOC: Jeez! I hate stupid slow internet. I am always behind.

IC: Eric came slowly up from behind Ashley, Speedle, and Horatio. Again, their were criminals breaking into the Crime Lab, although it wasn't usual, it had happened before. He kept still and hidden behind some kind of desk that remained. He saw Horatio trying to speak something to the criminals, but he kept in his position. If he moved, the criminals would probably see him instantly, and that wouldn't help anything....

The high jacker slamed the gun in to her head more and whispered. "Your friends are going to try something. I know they are. They have caught me before. Start walking." Calleigh started walking. She dug her nails into her arm that way if they couldnt find her then they could follow the blood. She swolloed.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio took deep breaths. He put loaded his gun carefully, so to the others it would look like he was unloading it, he put it in his belt and walked forward his hands half raised. Out of the corner of his eyes he saw a SWAT truck, great now they might ruin his whole plan, but he looked away so he wont raise suspition and the killers look over there, then Calleigh would for sure be dead. The radio, he thought. He slowly raised his hand to his radio and tuned to the SWAT station. He made it look like he was scratching his neck then his nose. While his hand was in front of his face he told the SWAT team to follow what he was doing, he quickly explained. He then turned it down so only he would be able to hear it, and he then got back to business.

Calleigh looked a Horatio as they walked. They were walking torwds the swamp/lakes. You know that this is one of the worst crimes i've seen someone attempt. she said trying to stall. It didnt work very well. Ok, Calleigh, calm down. She kept walking. There was nothing she could do to slow them down now. She felt a buzz in the back of her head. Adrenaline.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio kept walking hands raised. He glanced around the corner at a SWAT team member and where these people were leading Calleigh. By the looks of it they would meet right on, and once this person seen SWAT Calleigh would be history. All Horatio could do is stare and hope that the murder wouldnt see them.

"Come on hurry up Calleigh. Lets run, i bet they called SWAT. I know excaly where im gonna take you." He said. He put Calleigh in a akward stance. "RUN" he repeted. They were heading torwands the swamps. There was a car near the entrance of the lab. He pushed her into the back and locked her in. They drove for a wail till they reached a dirt road. NO, not this place. It was the place in a case a wail ago where one of the crimanals pushed her car into the lake.

He took her out of the car. Put the gun back to her head.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio seen the guy tell Calleigh something and then took off running.
"Crap, C'mon guys lets go!!" Horatio yelled at whoever had heard him. But it was to late. Thinking fast Horatio climbed into the broken lab and went straight for his desk. Fortantuly they had taken a Hummer so Horatio logged in on them. All were at a stand still, all but one.
"There headed toward the keys!" He yelled into his radio.

Nice job takeing a hummer, Calleigh snaped. He slamed the gun in to her head. Thats when the memorys came back. She rembered everyone talking about the accent during the case. How everyone said that she should stay home. Calleigh stay at home they were crazy. She smiled. "I sware there is something wrong with you!! And Stop mummbleing!!" He through her on the ground. Thats it, the buzz in the back of her head seamed to make something in her snap. She lunged at him. He fired,only hitting her shoulder again. She grabbed the gun and shot him right between the eyes. As his body stilled she stayed on her knees. The gun shots echoed aginst the landscape. Tears started to fall from her eyes. What did i just do... she whispered to herself.

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio bolted for the Florida Keys. As he turned onto a dirt road he heard two very loud gun shots, his heart skipped a beat....
He kept driving, but he pulled his already loaded gun out and put it on his lap. Soon he was able to see Calleighs murder person fall to the ground and a confused but surprised face on Calleigh. Watching this, and not the road, he hit a big bump and his gun flew off of his lap. It hurled to the floor and with a bang it backfired...............

Another gun shot made Calleigh jump. She saw the hummer hit the bump. Horatio! Are you alright?!

[Horatio Caine]

Horatio just barely doged the bullet that was had a dead on aim at his heart. He fell to the ground as the hummer slowed to a stop a hundred feet away, when dogeing he had opened the hummer door and jumped out. Recovering quickly Horatio got up and ran toward Calliegh.

Horatio, are you alright. she was more worryed about him that her. She looked at her hands,the gun,still in her hands. She threw it away from them. It landed in the water. The flash backs once again entered her mind. Cracking glass..... She hurd more cars drive up. She turned away from them. She a a caseing in her hand. She had killed him.

[Horatio Caine]

"I'm fine. Now you should go and get yourself checked out, that looks like a nasty wound," Horatio said to Calleigh who was shaking. She didnt answer. He looked around at the rest of the team. He signaled that they should kep quiet and stay where they are. "Please Calleigh,"He tried again.

[Calleigh Duquesne]

She stood stummbling a little. No She said and started to walk away. This was no going to end well. She didnt care that she was hurt. She could bleed out for all she cared.

[Horatio Caine]

"Calleigh please, I want you to talk to me" Horatio said loosing patience with her. He started to follow her.

[Calleigh Duquesne]

She stoped. Talk about what Horatio. The fact that ive almost gotten everyone in the lab killed along with you. You almost died coming here do you have any idea how that would affect me. I dont want you to get hurt. You of all people. Horatio,i love you, but i dont want anything to happen to you. An-and i just killed somebody....She whispered the last line. She felt the buzz again. She shook her head.

[Horatio Caine]

"Calleigh you know the code of conduct, and it firmly states that as a cop you can shoot somebody that has a gun pointed at you" Horatio said firmly, he continued, "I and the rest of the team love you Calleigh, and Calleigh that was my fault I was not paying much attention."

[Calleigh Duquesne]

"ya it firmly states i could shoot him and take him down, but I killed him Horatio! Killed him!" She snaped back. She grabed her head a the buzz grew. She needed to calm. Calm down,

[Horatio Caine]

"Yes but he was planing on killing you first Calleigh, you did the right thing. And if this is dragged to court you can say that." Horatio tryed desperatly. "So what are yo going to do? Stand there and die or will you jump in the hummer and go to the hospital? Your choice." His voice grew soft.

[Calleigh Duquesne]

She stood there. The right thing, sure. She sighed and opened her eyes. Her vison started to blur. Im such an idiot. She thought. Her reaction was most likely not what any one would exspect. She sat, her legs folding under her, mussles to weak to hold any more.
